THE ETERNAL PROMISE

Our Promise

A beauty that never wilts; a promise that never fades.

Our Promise

At GU Jewellery, we do not simply make jewellery. We preserve the moments that define a life.

An Eternal Bloom is our signature, and our commitment. We believe a symbol of devotion should carry the same vibrancy as the light caught inside a stone: quiet, brilliant, and untouched by the passing of seasons.

In a world shaped by noise and repetition, we offer something slower. Every curve is sculpted, every stone is set, with a single intention: that the promise you make today remains as vivid as the piece that carries it.

Whether your stone is a rare find of the earth, a triumph of conscious science, or a vibrant drop of colour from the valley's palette, our work is the same. We do not build for the now. We cultivate for what comes after.

THE STANDARDS OF THE VALLEY

Two things shape every bloom.

A stone worth carrying, and the hands that bring it into form. These are the standards we hold ourselves to.

The Selection

Finding the stone.

To find a stone is simple. To find the right stone is a pursuit.

As a GIA-trained designer, I look beyond the technicalities of a certificate. I search for a stone with resonance - a character, a glow, a quiet life inside it - a stone that speaks the same language as the person who will wear it.

Every centre stone is hand-curated, chosen as if it were the only one in the valley, so that the heart of your bloom is as rare as the story it carries.

The Artisan Circle

Hands that know the craft.

High craft is a language spoken by few.

I am the architect of your piece. Its physical making is entrusted to a small, private circle of master craftsmen across Singapore and Bangkok - quiet ateliers where generations of skill meet a shared devotion to precision.

We work the old way. Every silhouette begins in hand-carved wax, sculpted with the fluidity of something that grew rather than something that was manufactured. Every petal is hand-engraved. No two pieces carry the same pattern.

A piece meant to last a lifetime should be made with the intention of being carried for one.

TERMS OF THE VALLEY

The principles we hold.

To protect the integrity of our craft and the longevity of your bloom, we hold ourselves, and our work, to the following principles.

01 Planting the Order Confirmation and cancellations

Every bloom is grown to order. Once your design is confirmed and cultivation begins, all orders become final.

Materials are sourced and makers are commissioned specifically for your piece, and deposits are therefore non-refundable. We ask that you confirm with certainty - your commitment is what allows the work to begin.

02 The GU Guarantee Manufacturing warranty

For six months from the date of your Reveal, we guarantee every piece against structural defects born of the crafting process - such as a loose prong or a rare flaw in the metalwork.

What is covered: structural integrity and craftsmanship.

What is not covered: general wear and tear, impact damage, stone loss caused by force, and any repair performed outside the atelier.

A note on nature: natural gemstones carry their own internal characteristics - thumbprints of the earth. These are not defects; they are the signature of something real.

Any alteration or repair by a jeweller outside our atelier will void this guarantee.

03 Heirloom and External Stones Confirmation and cancellations

We prefer to source stones through our GIA-trained network to ensure their vibrancy, but we welcome heirloom stones with the greatest care.

GU Jewellery cannot, however, be held liable for the condition or durability of stones sourced outside our network. The client assumes all risk for stones provided to the atelier for resetting.

04 Finality of the Bloom Returns and exchanges

Because our work is either entirely bespoke or specialised to your selection, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

The Sketch phase of every commission exists for precisely this reason - to ensure that what arrives at your Reveal is exactly what you envisioned.

05 Repairs and Refreshing Pruning your bloom

Jewellery is meant to be lived in, and occasionally a bloom may need a little pruning to maintain its brilliance.

Manufacturing concerns - if you believe your piece has a defect, please write to us immediately. We will inspect it, and if a flaw is found, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

General restorations - if your piece is damaged through daily wear (a crushed band, a chipped stone), we will facilitate a restoration for a fair fee through our master craftsmen.

The annual refresh - once a year, we invite you to send your bloom back to the valley for a professional cleaning and a thorough prong check. It is the quietest way to keep a piece secure.

06 Adjusting the Silhouette Resizing

For designs with our signature organic vines, diamond-set bands, or intricate hand-engraving, resizing is a complex architectural task.

We offer one complimentary resizing (within one full size up or down) during the first six months of ownership.

Certain Wildflower designs and full-eternity bands cannot be resized due to their structure. We will advise you of this during the design process, before anything is finalised.
