All designs produced by Gǔ Jewellery — including sketches, renders, wax models, finished pieces, and the visual language of the three lines — remain the intellectual property of Gǔ Jewellery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commissioning a piece does not transfer design rights to the client.

Photographs, copy, and all other content on gujewellery.com are the property of Gǔ Jewellery. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.

This site may contain links to third-party websites. Gǔ is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external site. The presence of a link does not constitute an endorsement.

Accuracy of information

Gǔ makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, materials, pricing, and lead times shown on this site are accurate. Where an error occurs — a price listed incorrectly, a specification that has changed — Gǔ will contact the client before proceeding. An order confirmed in error is not a binding commitment to fulfil at the erroneous price or specification.

Liability

Gǔ's liability to any client is limited to the amount paid for the piece in question. Gǔ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from an order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order placed with Gǔ will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
