Intellectual property

All designs produced by GU Jewellery — including sketches, renders, wax models, finished pieces, and the visual language of the three lines — remain the intellectual property of GU Jewellery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commissioning a piece does not transfer design rights to the client.

Photographs, copy, and all other content on gujewellery.com are the property of GU Jewellery. Reproduction without written permission is not permitted.


Other websites

This site may contain links to third-party websites. GU is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external site. The presence of a link does not constitute an endorsement.


Accuracy of information

GU makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, materials, pricing, and lead times shown on this site are accurate. Where an error occurs — a price listed incorrectly, a specification that has changed — GU will contact the client before proceeding. An order confirmed in error is not a binding commitment to fulfil at the erroneous price or specification.


Our liability

GU's liability to any client is limited to the amount paid for the piece in question. GU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from an order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.


Personal information

How GU collects, uses, and protects personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, available at [link]. The Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.


Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order placed with GU will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.


Changes to these terms

GU may update these terms from time to time. The version published at this URL on the date of your order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the bottom of this page.

Shipping Policy


A piece leaving the Atelier has taken months to become itself. The way it travels to you is shaped by that. Every bloom is insured, tracked, and signed for — because what is inside the box is not replaceable.


Where we deliver

GU delivers to Singapore and internationally, to all areas serviced by DHL. Delivery to addresses outside DHL's standard service zones may carry an additional charge; write to hello@gujewellery.com before placing your order if you are unsure whether your address falls within this.


How we ship

Every piece leaves the Atelier via DHL, insured, tracked, and signature-required.

Signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to sign, DHL will attempt redelivery or hold the piece at a collection point. GU is not responsible for pieces that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or for failed collection within DHL's holding period.

Delivery timeframe. Standard delivery within Singapore takes 1–2 working days from dispatch. International delivery, when available, is estimated at 3–5 working days. If you need a piece sooner, write to hello@gujewellery.com before placing your order — express delivery is available, and the additional cost will be advised based on your location and timing.


Shipping cost

DHL shipping is complimentary on all orders valued at $1,000 and above. For orders below $1,000 — small parts, accessories, or supplementary items — shipping is at the client's cost. The applicable rate will be advised before dispatch.


When your piece leaves

A bloom ships at The Reveal — the moment the piece is complete and has passed Celine's final inspection. For Bespoke commissions, The Reveal follows three to five months of making. For Seasonal and Evergreen Blooms made to order, pieces are dispatched within the lead time confirmed at purchase.

Dispatch happens on business days. A tracking number is sent by email when the piece leaves the Atelier. From that point, the courier's tracking page carries the full picture.


What arrives

Every piece arrives in a GU jewellery box, sealed inside an outer mailer, with a handwritten note and care instructions. If the outer mailer shows signs of damage or tampering on arrival, photograph it before opening — this documentation matters if a claim needs to be made.


If something goes wrong in transit

Every shipment is insured for its full declared value. If a piece arrives damaged, write to hello@gujewellery.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the outer mailer as received, the jewellery box, and the piece itself — all packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved. GU will assess the damage and arrange repair or replacement at its discretion.

Claims submitted after 24 hours, or without full photographic documentation of the packaging and piece condition, may not be eligible for coverage.

If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, GU will open a claim with DHL and keep you informed throughout. Resolution will follow the outcome of that claim.

GU is not liable for loss, theft, or delays that occur once a piece has been dispatched and is in DHL's possession. Our responsibility transfers to DHL at the point of handover. Shipments are insured, and any loss will be pursued through the claims process — but GU cannot be held liable for outcomes beyond our control once the piece has left the Atelier.
